Hi! My name is Randal Johnson and I’m the artist and owner of The Pure Paintress! I am a self taught artist with a passion for portrait painting. Like most creatives, I was told not to pursue art as a career. What a shame that would have been! I love art and I love to share it with others. I’m honored to witness some of life’s most moving and inspiring moments and to preserve them through paint. My work lives in the space that is refined yet expressive in the way a painting can tell a story. I aim to capture moments that speak, smiles that linger, and the love that makes life unforgettable.
